Forever 21 Twist I Love Nerds

I am addicted to this cardigan. It's from the recent Forever 21 Twist collection, I Love Nerds.

I happened to snag the photos from the F21 site because I thought the styling was absolutely adorable. Perfect hair, doll lips, and glasses. Nerds have done it again.

I didn't like the clothing as much. The pieces needed a bit of editing. Overly eccentric clothes are something even fashion addict should appreciate, but I think this was a bit too much at once.

T by Alexander Wang Dress

I finally wore my T by Alexander Wang Boatneck dress out. It's so unbelievably comfortable. I added some gem crucifix necklaces and a leather vest to contrast the simplicity of the piece.

Also, can I just say how envious I am of anyone who attended New York Fashion Week? Once upon a time, Milwaukee was supposed to have a Fashion Week, but it was cancelled due to lack of funds/interest/everything. Oh, Milwaukee...

Comments Disabled at the Moment

So sorry for the silence. I've been absolutely exhausted lately. I fell asleep at 7:30 p.m. last night!

I've been trying to be a lot more careful with my money this month and have only bought one shirt at the Renegade Craft Fair. I lost a bet with my boyfriend that I wouldn't buy any clothes for a month, and even though I insisted the shirt is a craft and not an item of clothing, I still lost! So much for weaseling my way out of that one.

I have goodies to share from last month's hauls, but for now, I might experiment with the formatting and habits of my blog.

For now, the comments on just this entry will be disabled.

Bear with me, readers!

Anyone looking for a copper eyeshadow should try out Loreal's Hip eyeshadow duo in Charged. It packs a punch and has a beautiful hue to it.

Made in Milwaukee Hot Pop

Last Saturday, I had the absolute pleasure of walking in the Made in Milwaukee show for Hot Pop, a local boutique/gallery that not only offers art, toys and collectibles, but clothing and jewelry too.

The show was a blast, and the styling was absolutely perfect. The hair was 50's pinup inspired, and I'm wearing these insane earrings bigger the palm of my hand with the Virgin Mary on them. Here's a shot taken by Brandy before the runway.

And here's the shot turned into an ad for Hot Pop!

Be sure to check out Hot Pop's tumblr!

I wore my Jefferey Campbell Exams, and they were an absolute hit.
